Holiday periods are: President's Week (February 13th-20th); Easter Week (March 27th - April 4th); Christmas - New Years (December 17th - January 3rd). Weekly rentals are 7 days/6 nights. Off-Peak rentals have 1-night minimum stays; Peak rentals have 2-night minimum stays. All quoted rates are in US dollars. Payment is accepted only via PayPal (user account not required!) due and payable in full at the time of your confirmed reservation. Fully refundable security deposit is required. Daily housekeeping is available at an additional cost.
The Resort nestles between the warm waters of the Pacific and a 1,100 acre tropical rainforest reserve, surrounded by mountains. Guests at Colina 15C enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of beautifully landscaped grounds, perfect fairway and rain-forest views from the unit's 2 large private covered terraces, both of which have ceiling fans. Just steps away within the Colina enclave are 2 free-form swimming pools, a children's pool, a large Jacuzzi, air-conditioned fitness center, and Palapas-shaded barbecue entertainment areas.
Colina's location within the resort complex is absolutely perfect (see slide-show at top of page for resort plans) with an impressive selection of fine restaurants a short stroll away. These eateries include: at the Marriott Hotel: La Vista Restaurant, Arrecife Pool Bar and Grill, Casa del Cafe, Hoya 19, Nuevo Latino, Puesta del Sol, La Vista Restaurant; at the Marina Village: El Galeon Restaurant and Martini Bar, Bambú Sushi and Asian Cuisine, Lanterna Ristorante Italiano, The Terrace Lounge, The Hook Up Bar and Restaurant, and Dolce Vita Coffee and Sweets; and nearby: Wishbone, El Hicaco Restaurant & Lobster Feast, El Pelicano, and Tsunami Sushi. Should you wish to dine in the condo, fast delivery service is available from all the restaurants in the Los Sueños Resort and from other restaurants nearby in Herradura and Jaco. The town of Jaco (just a 10-minute drive from the condo) provides lots of fun activities, restaurants, shops, and night clubs to enjoy.
The Marriott Resort complex, including the world class La Iguana 18-hole eco-golf course, private white sand Los Sueños Beach Club, the International Sport Fishing Marina and Marina Village with its shops and restaurants, Stellaris Casino, Marriott spa and tennis courts are all just a short, leisurely stroll down the resort's peaceful paths. The Los Sueños shuttle bus transports guests from Colina to and from the Marriott Hotel and Marina complex every half-hour 7am to midnight. National Car Rental is conveniently located at the Los Sueños Marina Village, making it possible to originate a rental at National's airport location and drop off at the resort for the duration of your stay, or rent for only the days you wish.
Colina 15C is located on the middle floor (parking bay level) of a three-level, six unit building. The condo is accessed without having to climb any steps and has a reserved covered parking space; extra spaces are available if needed.
The unit, with marble floors throughout, offers a convenient 1-level floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (a detailed unit floor-plan is provided in the photo slide-show at the top of this page). It is completely air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room and on both verandas.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, cable TV, private patio entrance, and a full bathroom with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds; the third, two double beds, and each has cable TV and ample closet space. They share a bathroom which includes an over-sized stall shower.
The fully-equipped spacious gourmet kitchen has a counter table/bar divider which connects with the dining room, inviting easy entertainment. Besides the necessities, amenities include a toaster-oven, microwave, large-capacity refrigerator with in-door ice maker, coffee-maker, blender, and all cooking and serving utensils.
A washer and dryer are hidden behind louvre doors along one kitchen wall.
Wall length floor to ceiling sliding glass and screened doors in the sunken living room and master bedroom open onto the large connected patios that overlook the fairway. Comfortable tropical breezes make for the best night's sleep imaginable.
